By accessing merondell.com, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using the store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website or submit an order.

To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in your place of residence.

If you have not reached the applicable legal age, you may use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

If customer-account functionality is available and you choose to create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, materials, prices, and availability accurately.

Merondell™ offers Halloween home and party decorations and seasonal decorative items. Minor variations in finish, texture, tone, decorative detail, dimensions, or materials may occur.

Product information may be corrected or updated if an error, inaccuracy, or omission is identified.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in that order. An automatic order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or fulfilled.

We may decline, limit, cancel, or require additional verification for an order where reasonably necessary because of inventory availability, suspected fraud, payment authorization, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate circumstances.

Prices on merondell.com are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly shown.

Before payment is submitted, checkout displays applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, and the final order total.

Payment processing is subject to the applicable payment provider and our Payment & Security policy.

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotions, or unusually high volume, processing may require up to 5 business days.

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated carrier transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are expected ranges and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Applicable shipping procedures are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

After an approved return has been received, inspected, and approved, an eligible refund is normally initiated within 5–10 business days.

No restocking fee is charged for an approved return.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Include your order number and relevant photographs or videos. After review, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment, return, or other reasonable solution for a confirmed error attributable to us.

Change or cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel or update an order before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing, packaging, shipment preparation, or dispatch has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to expiration dates, eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, availability, usage limits, or other conditions presented with the applicable offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed purchases.

Products must be used lawfully and in accordance with any instructions, warnings, descriptions, or intended decorative use provided.

Merondell™ products are sold primarily as home and party decorative products. They are not intended to replace appropriate safety practices or supervision.

Customer purchases are generally intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed.

We may limit quantities or decline orders that appear to be intended for unauthorized resale, commercial redistribution, or other activity inconsistent with these Terms.

The Merondell™ name, branding, website design, photographs, product presentations, written content, graphics, layouts, and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to the store operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Protected content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.

If the website allows customer reviews, photographs, comments, or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that your submission is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights.

We may decline, moderate, or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inconsistent with store standards.

You may not use the website to violate applicable laws; commit fraud or submit false information; attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data; introduce malware or harmful technology; interfere with website security or operation; collect information through unauthorized automated means; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; misrepresent your identity; or use the website for unauthorized commercial activity.

Our store may use or link to third-party payment, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, customer-service, communication, security, and advertising providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and practices.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, labor interruption, governmental restrictions, border or customs procedures, transportation disruption, technical failures, or similar events.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and store services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
